Axon started in a 30 m² room in Curitiba.
A quarter of a century later, the philosophy is still the same.
In 1999, three vehicles and a landline were enough to arrange a delivery. What wasn't enough — and never would be — was the attitude of treating cargo as "just another freight". From day one, the house rule has been: every load is treated as if it were ours. No safety shortcuts. No deadline that justifies a tired driver.
Today we are 550 people, 700+ vehicles and trailers, and 26 states. The structure grew; the purpose didn't change. We remain obsessive about safety, demanding about process and caring about people — ours and our clients'. That's what got us here, and that's what will take us through the next 25 years.
"Logistics isn't about moving cargo. It's about moving the trust the client placed in us. If we treat it that way, everything else follows."

Six values, applied on every shift
Safety first
No rush justifies taking a risk. Every operation starts and ends with a safety checklist.
Real care
For the client's cargo, for the driver on the road, for the community around the yard. Care isn't marketing — it's routine.
Healthy standards
Clear goals, direct feedback and fair accountability. We demand a lot — of ourselves before anyone else.
Our word counts
An agreed deadline is a met deadline. When something slips, we tell you before you have to ask.
Thinking long term
Fleet, hiring and infrastructure decisions made for the next 25 years, not the next quarter.
People who stay
Our average tenure is 7 years. Most leaders started on the operations floor. Promotions come from within.
