1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website, the Customer Portal, the public API or any digital service of Axon Logística S.A. ("Axon"), you declare that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with any of the provisions, you must immediately cease using the services.
2. Description of services
Axon offers digital services complementary to its logistics operation, including: shipment tracking, shipment management through the Customer Portal, a REST API for integration with ERPs/TMS and commercial contact channels.
The digital services are governed by these Terms. The transportation service itself is governed by a specific contract and by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor) and applicable legislation.
3. Permitted use
You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes, in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
The following is prohibited: (a) attempting unauthorized access to systems; (b) reverse engineering, decompiling or copying parts of the software; (c) using data obtained for purposes other than those contracted; (d) overloading the infrastructure with automated requests exceeding the API limits.
4. Account and credentials
Access credentials to the Portal or API are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity carried out with them.
In case of suspected compromise, immediately notify seguranca@axon.log.br and request a reset.
5. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos, layouts, texts, images, source code and databases are the exclusive property of Axon or its licensors.
Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
The digital services are provided "as is". Axon uses reasonable efforts to ensure availability and accuracy, but does not guarantee the complete absence of interruptions or errors.
Axon is not liable for: (i) decisions made solely based on digital information when a divergent tax document has been issued; (ii) interruptions caused by third parties (internet providers, cloud servers); (iii) misuse of third-party credentials.
7. Privacy and data
The processing of personal data follows our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy, which is an integral part of these Terms for all purposes.
8. Suspension and termination
Axon may suspend or terminate access to the digital services in the event of violation of these Terms, fraudulent use, contractual default or judicial order, without prejudice to any losses and damages.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
The jurisdiction of the District of Curitiba/PR is hereby elected to resolve any disputes, with the parties waiving any other, however privileged it may be.
