1. Introduction
Axon Logística S.A. ("Axon", "we") is the controller of the personal data you provide when using this website, the Customer Portal, our API, or when contracting logistics services.
This policy describes how we process your data in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018 — LGPD) and other applicable regulations.
2. Data we collect
Identification data: name, CPF/CNPJ, RG (Brazilian ID), date of birth.
Contact data: email, telephone, business address.
Browsing data: IP, browser, pages visited, session duration (cookies).
Operational data: shipment history, tax documents, tracking, messages with the Control Tower (CCO).
Professional data (job candidates): résumé, professional experience, education, salary expectations.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Performance of contract: provision of logistics services, issuance of tax documents, tracking and invoicing.
Compliance with legal obligation: submission of data to the Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal), ANTT, SEFAZ and other competent authorities.
Legitimate interest: fraud prevention, service improvement, fleet and cargo risk management.
Consent: newsletter delivery, marketing communications, talent pool.
4. Sharing
We share personal data only when necessary for: (i) performance of the transportation contract; (ii) compliance with legal obligations; (iii) credit protection.
Partners who may receive your data: insurance companies, escort operators, telemetry providers, tax authorities, cloud service providers (under standard data protection clauses).
5. Retention
Tax data: 5 years (art. 173 of the CTN — Brazilian Tax Code).
Employment data (candidates): 2 years after the close of the recruitment process, unless consent is given for inclusion in the talent pool.
Operational data: during the contract term + 5 years for defense in possible litigation.
Browsing data: up to 12 months.
6. Your rights
Under art. 18 of the LGPD, you may, at any time, request:
• Confirmation of processing;
• Access to your data;
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
• Portability to another provider;
• Revocation of consent.

7. Information security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), role-based access controls, continuous auditing (SOC 2 Type II) and annual employee training.
In the event of a security incident, we will notify the ANPD and affected data subjects in accordance with art. 48 of the LGPD.
